Eric Karlene is initially from Northwest Ohio and moved to Arizona in 2004. Before entering the Real Estate Business Eric was a Mechanical Engineer at Dana Corporation where he designed automotive drivetrains. His current interests are flipping houses as well as designing Lease Options Programs for future homeowners. His enthusiasm for homes and investments drove him to Real Estate in 2004 and began the career as a Realtor in Arizona.
